Seeds from one pumpkin
Sea salt

Method
Preheat the oven to 150ºC
Separate the seeds from any flesh and rinse under a running tap.
Place the seeds on a baking tray – in a single layer – and sprinkle with sea salt.
Dry roast for 30 minutes until the seeds should be crunchy.

Delicious as a snack with a glass of wine
