Eoghan Quinn, Commercial Manager for Thornsett Belgium, the developers, commented: ‘Brussels property is a natural choice for investors looking for a good rental opportunity, with an excellent rental pool, with the huge amount of diplomats, NGOs and members of European institutions looking for good rental properties. Property owners pay no CGT on residential property if held for more than five years which makes it an attractive investment.

Brussels itself is a charming city full of green spaces, art nouveau architecture and lots of shops restaurants and bars. Made up of 19 communes the city is also packed with weekly markets, local butchers, baker and grocers. It’s also easily reached from London – the Eurostar takes just under two hours from London St Pancras station.
