Serves 2

Ingredients
3 large potatoes
Olive oil
Sea salt
Tomato ketchup
Cheddar cheese

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°c. Peel the potatoes and cut into long chips about 1cm wide. Bake in the oven in plenty of olive oil with a generous sprinkling of sea salt for 30 minutes. Turn up the oven to crisp the chips and cook until soft on the inside but with crispy shells, this will take around 10 minutes. Allow to cool a little and serve with tomato ketchup or a grated cheddar cheese.
