There is direct access to the loch shore from the garden. Towards the western boundary is a corrugated iron boat shed, next to a substantial stone jetty. A charming timber summerhouse is positioned nearby, overlooking the loch. Boats can be easily launched from the jetty or the fine, sandy shoreline by the house. The loch frontage comes to around 300m, and the grounds are around eight acres.

Included in the sale is the right to fish in Loch Rannoch, which is famous for its brown trout; weights up to fourteen lbs have been recorded in the past. A modern three-bedroom staff cottage available by separate treaty adjoining the property.
