The property presents mixed external elevations mainly brick with fish-scale tile hanging to the first floor under a Kent peg tiled half-hipped roof with a central gable. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and benefits from a wealth of original period features including beams and timbers, open fireplaces, mullioned and transomed leaded casement windows to the first floor and an attractive canted bay on the ground floor. To the rear of the property is a delightful enclosed walled garden, well stocked with mature trees and shrubs including fig, apple, roses and many varieties of clematis.
