This deal makes the duplex penthouse the most expensive property in the UK, beating the £115 million paid for a flat in St James’s Square in Westminster two years ago.
Reports suggest that over half of the 86 properties, which start at a more modest £20m, have now sold and the complex is due to be finished by December.
