New Zealand's largest house is for sale

New Zealand's largest home has been put up for sale. The house, which is modelled on an English country house, is almost 5,000sq m.
Located ten minutes drive from the Auckland suburb of Albany, and around 30 minutes from the city centre, the house was designed by a local architect and built in 2006.
The owners started the successful worldwide hamper company, Chrisco, in England during the 1970s. They moved to New Zealand in the 1990s but the house retains touches of home including the only burnt pink, limited edition Aga in the country.
Inside, the house has 8 bedrooms, including a two storey guest house attached to the barn, which also includes a workshop and an art studio.

Outside, there are 60 acres of grounds, including the largest formally laid gardens in New Zealand. A tennis court, maze and pool area make up the entertainment facilities. Meanwhile, the garage has space for 6 vehicles and there are two helicopter spaces.
