Description

1 Strathview is an impressive modern house in an elevated, edge of town position benefiting from lovely views out over Strathmore and to the hills beyond. The house, which was completed in 1997, was designed by the well known architects, A B Roger & Young, and built by the sellers’ company, Dave Brown (Joiner and Building Contractor) for himself.
As such the house has been designed to a high level of specification. Internally there are mahogany doors, skirtings and facings. The house has a harled and Fyfe stone finish with a tiled roof and is fully double glazed. It sits within its own landscaped gardens. The house is spacious and has been well designed to make the most of its position and views and for comfortable family living and entertaining. A new central heating boiler was installed in 2009.
A block paved parking and turning area leads to a parking and turning area at the front of the house and garage.
