Rossie Steadings, Dunning, Perthshire, PH2 0QT From £450,000

Situation

Rossie Steadings is located between Auchterarder and the village of Dunning, just one mile west of Dunning.
Dunning is a small village, steeped in history from the earliest days. It is built around the centrepiece of the village, the Old Parish Church of St Serf. Built in the 12th-13th century, the church was the only feature of the village to survive the 1715 Jacobite Rebellion. There is a primary school in Dunning.
Extensive amenities can be found in Auchterarder, including primary and secondary schools. Private education is available at Morrison’s Academy and Ardvreck Preparatory School in Crieff, and Craigclowan, Strathallan, Kilgraston and Glenalmond are all also within easy reach.
Nearby Gleneagles Hotel is a resort geared for enjoyment and offering a wide range of sports and leisure facilities. In addition to the three 18-hole championship golf courses and the nine-hole Wee Course, there is a Golf Academy and practice ground. The PGA Centenary Course will host the Ryder Cup in 2014. Fishing, falconry and horse riding can also be enjoyed, together with the opportunity to join the Gleneagles Spa and Country Club located opposite Auchterarder Golf Club.
