Constructed of mellow Bath stone under a part tiled and part slate roof, the house has classic Georgian features and proportions arranged over four floors with three symmetrical bays. Elegant Georgian sash windows provide magnificent views over the gardens and across the valley to the countryside beyond. An extensive refurbishment program has been carried out in recent years throughout the house and gardens. The house is in top condition and the accommodation includes four well-proportioned reception rooms which provide excellent family accommodation and ample space for formal entertaining. Arranged over two further floors are extensive bedrooms and bathrooms with a section of the house that would lend itself to being perfect for guests.
