Exit the A55 Expressway at the roundabout at Junction 16 signposted Penmaenmawr and Dwygyfylchi. Almost immediately take the left hand turning signposted Dwygyfylchi, and continue along this road for approximately 0.3 of a mile. Upon entering the village of Dwygyfylchi, take the first right hand turning onto Gogarth Avenue. At the T-Junction turn right and then after a very short distance left onto Cae Cyd Road. At the T-Junction with the Old Conwy Road, turn left and proceed along this road for approximately 0.7 of a mile and shortly after passing the Penmaenmawr Golf Club, the aforementioned property will be seen on the right hand side.
