Directions

There are a number of different approaches to the conservation village of Oxton, but from Chester, the most straightforward vehicular route is to travel in a north westerly direction along the M53 motorway taking the exit at Junction 3. At this point follow signs for the A552 (Prenton & Oxton) along the Woodchurch Road. Continue along the Woodchurch Road for some distance until reaching the traffic light controlled crossroads adjacent to the “Halfway House” public house. Turn left at this point and continue along what is Storeton Road, but eventually continues as Talbot Road, then taking the right hand turning into Village Road. After a further short distance 20 Village Road will be observed on the left hand side opposite the village bowling green.
