In spring there are stunning displays of daffodils,bluebells, camellias and rhododendrons, and the restored rock garden
and rose garden provide charming vistas in summer whilst autumn brings brilliant colours. This is one of the most beautifully situated gardens in the whole southeast,and the Redwood which grows on the summit of the hill behind the house is said to be the highest tree in Kent.

From the A25 in Riverhead take the B2042 (Cold Arbour Road) towards Ide Hill and follow the signs continuing into the centre of the village. Pass the village green and turn right at the round about. Proceed for about 0.7 of a mile and turn left signed to Emmetts. Continue along the tree lined driveway which culminates at the front of the house.
