The Gardens
The gardens at Lemlair extend to some 5.34 acres with a wide variety of mature specimen trees, underplanted with a lovely display of bulbs in the Spring. There is also a great variety of colourful azaleas, rhododendrons and other flowering shrubs. The gardens have been well maintained and offer great peace and tranquillity. To the front of the house, beyond the parking area, the sloping lawn is interspersed with a variety of shrubs and rhododendrons. There is a wooden deck with a pergola over a lovely place to sit and enjoy the stunning views.
To the west of the house are a series of terraced lawns interspersed with gravelled pathways and sets of sandstone steps.
