Description
Dolphin Boat House is a most elegant waterside retreat. The property was originally built in the Victorian Era as a summer residence and was later turned into a sailing school which then went through comprehensive modernisation, refurbishment and subsequent extension in 1990. This resulted in the property having a very high specification of interior finish which is demonstrated particularly when looking at the beautiful Maplewood joinery work. The present owners have extended the property in a tasteful manner by some 1500 sq feet in more recent years. This not only has provided a flexible living space, but has also provided a superb guest suite which incorporates a South facing veranda.
