There will be a separate access to the plot at the side, off Leny Feus.
Riverview House is situated within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. It is on the Leny Road, one Scotland’s principal gateways to the Highlands. An excellent range of individual shops and national stores are
within walking distance of Riverview House. The town has a number of cafes, restaurants and hotels along with a dentist and medical centre. There is a nursery, primary school and McLaren High School which has a good
reputation.
Stirling, 16 miles to the south-east, is the nearest city and has a wide range of facilities including supermarkets, shopping centres, a cinema and regular train services to Edinburgh and Glasgow. The M9 which connects into the national motorway network is located at Stirling. There are airports at Glasgow
and Edinburgh offering flights to a number of UK, European and international destinations.
The year round sporting amenities in the area are exceptional with water sports on Loch Venachar, Loch Lubnaig and Loch Earn. Hill walking and cycling are widely available in the National Park including on Ben Ledi and Ben Permits are available to fish on the River Teith and numerous lochs are available for rent. There is a golf course at Callander and
skiing at Glencoe in the winter months.
The house is accessed via a gravel drive which terminates to the front and side of the house where there is ample parking space. The garden is enclosed by a stone wall, beech hedges and original cast iron railings to the front. It is lawned to the rear with mature trees and beds of shrubs and flowering plants.
