Description
3 West View is one of four premier houses set in the corner of Clathymore, a rural development by Stephen Homes on a site of 60 acres, which was used as an airfield in the war.
The development, to the design of the renowned Scottish architect James Denholm, is now nearing completion. There will be just over 40 houses in total, all with large gardens and an abundance of green space. 3 West View is one of the first re-sales.
3 West View was the original show house. As such, it had the highest specification in the development and was decorated and furnished by the interior designer Fiona Denholm. The high quality finish includes engineered oak and slate flooring, under floor heating throughout the ground floor, dual electric / central heated towel rails in the bathrooms and category 5 internet cabling throughout. There is an Opus audio system installed throughout the ground floor and master bedroom. Bedroom 5 fitted out for home cinema. The quality of layout and design is truly exceptional.
The house is built with harled walls under a pitched slate roof with overhanging eaves with wooden pillars and a full height window in the dormer to the west. Wooden decking has been installed around the house to create wonderful sitting out areas.
