The games room, with a cinema room, snooker table and a bar area overlooks the courtyard and a sun terrace. With a Bose surround sound speaker system, it is a popular family room.
The guest wing is single storey and is highly flexible as it could be used as an annexe for guests or staff, or used as office accommodation. There is a access to a fully floored loft which could be converted into additional accommodation, subject to the relevant planning consents.
On the first floor is the main family bedroom accommodation. It includes a luxurious master bedroom with dressing room and an en suite bathroom with twin basins, a bath and a separate double shower. Two further bedroom suites are smaller versions of the master bedroom.
