Koseveski Hotel / B&B/ Retreat Centre / Event Centre 

This magical place is located in the deep Estonian forest by the lake Kose and river Kääpa that flows through the property. The largest lake in Estonia, Peipsi is also nearby.

Koseveski is very well located only a few hours flight from major European airports and just a one and a half hour transfer from Tallinn airport.

Excellent for retreats, weddings, birthdays, conferences, concerts, summer days or seminars. It is fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you would need for a special occasion.

Koseveski is an exceptionally peaceful place where body and mind rest all year round. In the recreation centre and it's surrounding area, there are myriad activities to choose from be it hiking, swimming, fishing or golf. The atmosphere is unparalleled and truly memorable.

The hotel's grounds are spacious and private. It even hosts it's own music stage and a large dance floor. There are several barbecue places in the recreation area, where you can grill directly on the river banks to dine alfresco or in one of their large cosy barbecue houses.

Fishing is plentiful in the Kääpa river that runs through the property or from the Kose lake. You can ride a paddle boat, pedal boat or kayak. In addition, the recreation centre has a large campfire and a village swing.

The recreation centre has 16 rooms & 12 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 50 people. The rooms are en-suite, and are fully equipped with a desk area and wifi. Each room sleeps 2-5 people.

There are 2 saunas, the larger one with a wood heater and the smaller steam sauna with an electric heater. In connection to the saunas there are relaxing rooms. In addition there are 2 hot tubs outside in the garden.

There is a large event room / dining room with tables for up to 50 people, a bar and open fireplace. It can also be used as a dance floor. There is a regular kitchen with a small dining room and 2 larger professionally equipped kitchens and a conference room with a projector.

High basement floor with the possibility of building additional rooms. The huge basement is well stocked with everything for your special occasion including tables, chairs, boats for the lake, extra refrigerators, lights for the garden etc.

Outdoor parking spots and also 5 camper van spots.

Electrical capacity 100 A. A separate electrical line with a 63A main fuse was routed to the auditorium, which covers the technical needs of even the most powerful rock band.

Koseveski boasts it's own well (borehole) and a pump house. There is a professional security system with camera & alarm equipment which covers all the property with a security room.

It is located 30 min drive, 50 km from Tartu which is the Estonian capital of culture, cafe's & restaurants, where also the famous Estonia National Museum ERM is located.
