150ha farm located in the northeast region of Santa Cruz, southern Patagonia, Argentina. Sited on the peninsula that separates Lakes Pueyrredón and Lake Posadas, with outstanding views to both of these.

Constructed surface of 818m2 (8,740.3 ft2) distributed in a main building with a spacious lounge, library, kitchen, central bar, 14 lenga cabins with different capacities, service cabins, sauna and a vantage point. Pier on lake Posadas and a 5,000m2 (53,819.55 ft2) park with black poplars, silver poplars, weeping willows and conifers, in addition to different berries (rose hip, box-leaved barberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants and raspberries) all provided by an extensive irrigation network. The entire premises' electrical needs are supplied by different generator sets, and it also has a 7,000 litre liquefied gas supply. All the networks are subterranean, and there is satellite internet connection.
