House has three bedrooms with private bathrooms, swimming pool, summer kitchen and private yard. All rooms have been designed and decorated with attention to every detail.

The living area is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the bedroom, living room with dining area and direct access to the outside area. Connected to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, air condition and ensuite bathroom.

Outside is 8m x 4m pool, lounge with huge bench to relax, summer kitchen, big brick barbecue, terrace outside shower & toilet and car parking area.
