Spaciously laid out over three floors, the main living area of the chalet is on the ground floor, with a comfortable open-plan living room and dining area. There are also three twin rooms on this level, all of which come with en-suite bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms are on the top floor, where there are two large ensuite rooms. The chalet also has underfloor heating throughout. Directly off the living room is a covered terrace with a hot tub. On the lower ground floor, you will find the boot room and garage.

The chalet occupies a fantastic location, just a few hundred metres from the new Prodains cable, which will take you straight into the heart of Avoriaz and with good snow cover, you can even ski back to the chalet!

This bus from Navette runs from the Prodains Bowl to the Pleney cable car in central Morzine. Should you fancy a night out in Avoriaz, the Prodains lift operates until midnight on Friday and Saturday evenings.

In addition, within the chalet building is a separate three bedroom apartment. This lovely apartments has an open plan living/kitchen and dining area with a central fireplace, utility room and bathroom The second floor is in the eves of the building with beautiful exposed beams.
