The average age of the vineyard is about 25 years, with a uniform planting density of ,5000 plants / ha. The Chteau is dating back to the 15th and 19th century. It is in good general condition and has a living surface of 608 m with 105 m of vaulted cellar, all composed of two floors. The interior has been subtly furnished and tastefully decorated. The structural work and the second work are in good condition, same for the floors, walls and the roof. The castle has retained its ancient features such as fireplaces, wood flooring, walnut paneling and Aubusson tapestries on the walls. The ground floor has a double entrance with a beautiful stone staircase, several lounges and a large kitchen, all in original old-style. The first floor is composed by 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a shower room and 2 W.C. The second and last floor consists of 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and a room used as a study. It is located in the middle of a well maintained and wooded park with a lake and swimming pool (6.5 x 13.5 m) with an 80 m pool house. The estate has various buildings used for the exploitation of the vineyard of approx. 861 m with a 192 m tractor garage, a small workshop, a technical room with boiler and cold unit, a barrel store and a vat room. But also an outbuilding of 120 m which can serve as summer housing, it includes 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a sitting room with kitchen and a dining room. A shed with a garage and a storeroom are adjacent to the porch of the building. Also present on the estate, another habitable summer dependence of 158 m including kitchen, living room and 3 attic rooms with bathroom.
