Our opinion
This first-class, discreet and elegant residence is well-proportioned, functional and immaculately kept such that it is pleasantly possible to move straight in.
Behind its apparent simplicity are many possibilities for increasing its development potential.
Its geographic location is a first asset and, following a few minor decorative and modernisation works, the “White House” and its outbuildings could easily be used for private and rental purposes, for instance, holiday accommodation and/or bed & breakfast activities.
