Conradi specialized in villas and planned numerous other villas in Wuppertal in the 1920s. From 1939 it was used as a municipal business school for hardware. The single-storey low-rise buildings used for the same purpose have since been removed. An extension was added in 1957.The two-storey building has a T-shaped floor plan, the part facing the gable has a hipped roof, the cross wing has a hipped roof Mansard hipped roof. A stair tower with a curved pointed hood is located at the intersection of both halves of the building facing the street. The slate roofs have numerous dormers with neo-baroque elements. Since the house was built into the slope, this results in an exposed basement and cellar floor facing the garden. This masonry is made of sandstone blocks. The historical interior such as doors, paneling, parquet, stucco ceilings and the staircase are largely still preserved. On April 13, 1989, the villa including the outdoor areas was placed under monument protection. Between October and December 2000, the villa was the filming location for the drama "Don't Regret."
