Take the M8 Cork Road and take exit 10 immediately after the roundabout keep left sign posted to Cahir and 100 yards later at second roundabout take the 3rd exit again sign Cahir. After 0.4km, having passed under motorway turn left sign Cahir. 2.8km later at T-junction in Cahir turn right. After 0.4km having passed castle turn left sign Clogheen. Continue on this road having kept left at fork for 3km. Turn left sign Ardfinnan 7 km.
The entrance to the property is 2.7km up this road on the left immediately before bridge.
