The villa, in his actual conditions, was recently restored in order to preserve the original aspect of the buildings. The stone fireplaces have been left as they were, just like all the jambs and decorations realized with the typical pietra serena quarried in the area. The ceilings of residential areas are covered by a wonderful net of wooden beams. The church, no longer consecrated, is embellished with polychrome frescos covering the majority of the walls and the ceiling, and contrasting with the grey arcs realized by master sculptors in finely engraved pietra serena.EXTERNAL AREAThe villa is surrounded by a vast terrain of 5 hectares (12 acres) covered by woods of cypresses, maritime pines, oaks and bay trees. Along the slopes, there is a wonderful grove with 700 olive trees allowing the production of tasteful biological Tuscan extra-virgin oil.USE AND POTENTIAL USEThe spacious villa is ideal for those looking for a retired life, but willing to stay close to those services only a city can offer. The possibility to split the inhabitable area in two different residences offers a good choice about the use one can make of the building, be it hosting guests or leaving it to the staff. The area surrounding the villa is also suitable for a pool and the great fenced space is ideal for your privacy and/or animals.
