The winery has 2.2 hectares of vines, including Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Merlot, as well as around 5 hectares of woodland.

The historic mediaeval tower was built in the 14th century and has recently been completely renovated to modern building standards. The work was completed at the end of the year 2022. From the tower it is possible to enjoy wonderful views over the Adige Valley and the neighbouring mountains.
The second residential building has a total of 4 residential units with parking spaces and accessories. The building was renovated in 2021 in terms of the outer shell (facade and roof) and has modern heating by means of gas and heat pump, as well as photovoltaics with energy storage and an electric charging station for vehicles.
