The farm is located on the extreme edge of Italy, in the Municipality of Pat, along the road that leads to the sea, just 3 km away. The farmhouse in Salento, as reported on the keystone placed on the entrance door, dates back to 1760. The area where this farm stands is Vereto, a very ancient Messapian city. Vereto is an open-air museum. The farmhouse Campanelle in Salento has a covered area of 290 square meters and stands on a plot of 8,000 square meters, with the possibility of buying another adjacent land of about 6,000 square meters at the price of an additional 60,000 euros.
