All the services are available in the nearby town (2km; 5’) and the coast is easily reached in a few minutes by car. Other cities of the Adriatic coast are easily reached (Pesaro, Senigallia, Cattolica, Rimini and Ancona). In the hinterland one can reach the beautiful cities of Urbino and Jesi and just a bit further the Republic of San Marino (67km; 50’).
The most convenient airport is without a doubt Ancona (49km; 35’), but Rimini (50km; 40’), Bologna (170km; 1h 40’), Florence (265km; 2h 40’) and Rome (320km; 3h 30’) are nonetheless easily reached and well connected.

- First floor: master bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, studio, three double bedrooms, bathroom and closet.

EXTERIORS
The villa is surrounded by 4.6 hectares of slightly-sloped land, covered by a well-maintained garden right around the building.
Roughly 300 olive trees surround the villa and the pool and allow producing roughly 800 liters of olive oil. The property is completed by 120 vines (white grapes) for a yearly production of roughly 500 kg of grapes. The access avenue to the villa is flanked on both sides by olive trees.
The 14 × 7 m swimming pool is located not far from the building, right next to the guesthouse, and is surrounded by an ample terracotta solarium which could be equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. Following a paved walkway one can reach the synthetic tennis court.
