EXTERIORS
The Estate is laid over 85 hectares which include the three hamlets and the agricultural lands of the property.

The most interesting section of the estate is without a doubt the vineyard, half of which is registered as Chianti. The estate doesn’t produce wine on its own but relies on an external cellar for processing grapes (based on the value imposed by the guidelines, the estate could produce up to 80,000 bottles of wine per year).

Roughly 800 trees are already in production, while the remaining trees have been planted in recent years and are still entering production.
