This makes it possible to accommodate large groups in the same place in the medina and to make maximum use of periods of high demand in Marrakech.

2/ Great flexibility to fill:
Privatization of one riad, both, or individual reservations to complete the privatization of one of the two when rooms are missing. Each riad can operate completely independently.

3/ Dar swimming pool accessible to Riad guests (provided it is not privatized)

4/ Car or taxi access to the entrance to the derb (20 m from the door)

5/ Possibility of living on site with a private independent space: living room, bedroom, kitchen, summer dining room, by privatizing the first terrace of the Riad (the second terrace, intended for customers, is accessible without going through the first )
