This hilltop plot in the village of Benahavis is a short walk to the village centre and all amenities.

The applicable ordinance is N5, which has a maximum height of two storeys and separation to public boundaries of 3 metres and private boundaries of 2 metres. The possible footprint of the building has an area of about 384 m2, but according to the N5 ordinance, the maximum buildable area would be 700 x 50% = 350 m2, and the maximum occupation on the ground floor would be 700 x 40% = 280 m2. The minimum plot area is 250 m2, so two two-storey houses could be built with 100 m2 on the ground floor and 75 m2 on the first floor.



Known as the culinary hotspot of the Costa del Sol, Benahavis has a broad choice of golf clubs, beaches, shops, schools, restaurants, nightlife and sporting facilities. Nine of the 60 golf courses on this coast are located within the municipal boundaries of Benahavis, one of the largest in the region in terms of area.

Here there are also some villas, as well as such facilities as a school, golf driving range, spa resort hotel, public swimming pools and tennis courts, and hiking trails that lead further into the foothills of the Serranía de Ronda.
