Game on the ranch includes white tailed deer, quail, dove, turkey, javelina and varmints common to Duval County. The ranch also has Axis and Fallow deer. The ranch has mostly heavy native brush including mesquite, black brush, prickly pear, granjeno, etc. with approximately 16 protein plants, ideal for feeding deer.

There is no oil and gas activity on the property. To the best of owner's knowledge, there are no electric transmission lines or pipeline easements. A 30 ingress/egress easement is located along the northeast boundary of the ranch in favor of the adjoining neighbor. The easement is fenced out of the ranch.
