All heating thermostats in the house are wireless and controlled by app. The electricity contract is a universal service, and the highest cost amounts for electricity are 250-300€. A 1000l gas tank with a year's supply costs approx. €800.

ENVIRONMENT
Opposite the property is the Käsmu playground, and the Käsmu chapel, or the fully functioning Käsmu Lutheran church.
