Return to Great Dixter
Made famous by the late Christopher Lloyd, we revisit Great Dixter in the Country Life Archive.

This week Country Life reports on the recent developments at Great Dixter, former home of our long-serving 'In My Garden' writer Christopher 'Christo' Lloyd (1921-2006).
With its Lutyens-designed grounds, yew topiary, carpets of meadow flowers and colourful mixed borders, this historic house is a place of pilgrimage for horticulturists worldwide.
We take a look in the Country Life Archive to track the changing face of this property through the 20th century.
