Villa Classica is a property consisting of the main villa, divided into two residential units and two annexes, the limonaia and the pool annex, for a total of about 1,300 m2.
The first part of the villa was built as a farmhouse in 1300, the second part was instead built between the 1800s and 1915.
The main building is spread over 4 floors including the basement and occupies about 1,100 m2.
