STATE AND FINISHES
The building dates back to the 17th century and has been recently restored to preserve its main characteristics. External walls have been carefully and attentively recovered, while on the inside the chestnut wooden structures sustaining the roofs have been preserved. Floors are covered in worked stone or terracotta, while walls are plastered and painted in colors that help to warm the rooms. Fixtures are made out of chestnut and equipped with double glazing, granting excellent thermal insulation during both summer and winter.
The property is surrounded by 27.0 ha of land, covered for the most part (22.0 ha) in woodland. The remaining 5.0 ha are split among agricultural land, grazing land and olive grove. The property counts ca. 300 olive trees.
USE AND POTENTIAL USES
The property is currently used as a biological Agriturismo, thanks to the surrounding piece of land allowing the cultivation and harvest of vegetables and fruit (the olive grove is already productive). There is enough space to build a 120 sqm agricultural shed for tools and vehicles.
The building is also usable as a private residence.
