The cellar is fully operations ma it is advisable to carry out some renovation work here too. There are 1 crawler tractor (3 years old), 1 standard tractor (5 years old), 1 inter-row cultivator, 1 forestry cutter, 2 tanks for plant health treatments, 1 vineyard trimmer, 1 crusher bar, 1 root-weeder, 1 fertilizing machine e 2 carts for transport.USE AND POTENTIAL USESThe estate has a potential productivity of over 100,000 bottles, all rigorously BIO marked. As of now, considered the unrestored state of 12 concrete basins, the production is reduced to 15,000 bottles.The cellar has a maximum capacity of 2,850 hl of wine, but since 12 tanks are not currently in working status, the actual productivity as of now is reduced to 1,700 hl. Of these, 1,150 hl are contained in other 12 concrete tanks, while 50 hl in steel vats.On the outside, there is enough space for other vats, so that production could be further increased.The two apartments, extremely spacious, require some work but once restored they could be used as private residence, staff accommodation and/or holiday house for guests or tourists.
