It is situated in a protected landscape area, the Kantorska dolina Valley Protection Zone, in the environment of the Velka Fatra National Park. Architecturally, the log house is built in the Canadian style using advanced elements and materials with an emphasis on a healthy lifestyle.The house is divided into a social part located on the ground floor and a night part situated in the attic. The dominant element is a large living space with a fireplace smoothly connected to a fitted kitchen with built-in appliances and a dining area. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a private bathroom and wardrobe, at the entrance to the house there is a toilet and technical facilities. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and wardrobe. The open layout of the gallery creates the feeling of airiness of the entire space. Natural materials were used in the interior such as wood, stones, with an emphasis on preserving the atmosphere of a genuine Canadian log house, sensitively supplemented by the elements of designer furniture corresponding to the highest requirements. White, pastel tones with an accent of steel-blue colour dominate the house.
In the large well-kept garden there is a natural pond and a swimming pool heated by a heat pump. The house is energy-independent, has its own solar power plant, heating systems, backup heating of domestic hot water with a gas tank, heating with heat pumps including its own diesel generator. Parking is available in a garage with a capacity for 4 cars.
