Converted chapel in Lancashire
This Pugin-designed chapel in Lancashire has been completely renovated to provide modern accommodation within this historic building

Designed by EW Pugin and built in 1866, Euxton Chapel is a charming Grade II listed former chapel in Lancashire. An architectural gem, the property has been acknowledged both by English Heritage and the Ancient Monuments Society. Having been carefully restored over the past four years it now provides a unique modern living space.
Inside, the main living area is a remarkable open-plan vaulted with a restored tiled floor, elegant stained glass windows and a stone fireplace. From here the staircase leads to the kitchen mezzanine. The master bedroom suite is approached via the double gothic doors from the main living area and has wood floors and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a good size, and has its own study area.
