The gable area on the eastern side has a utility room with a separate entrance.
In the courtyard at the driveway to the property there is an old riverfront cottage that has been reconstructed as a garage with remote-controlled doors. In addition, there is a barn that has plenty of storage space, and room for both scooters and garden machinery, as well as a stairway that leads to a large upper level and loft. Next to it, there is an additional building with an upper floor and lots of storage space, which can be converted to a guest house or gate house. The kennels remain, and date back to the time when a former tenant raised hunting hounds for all kinds of hunts.
The property has a private well with heating cables and a small water treatment plant (BioRock) installed in 2017.
The rental income for the property is currently SEK 120,000 per year, and the rent does not include heating. The current lease has a notice of termination period of three months.
As a whole, the building is maintained at a fine standard, both internally and externally. In 2000, an extensive renovation was carried out by a previous owner, and in 2012, the current owner renovated the upper floor, adding a new kitchen and new bathrooms, as well as the part of the entrance area that belongs to the apartment.
