Charlotte took a sideways step from hard news to more rural interests and comes to Country Life via stablemate Horse&Hound and other equestrian and country magazines. She lives on a smallholding in the Hope Valley, juggling horses, chickens, bees and sheep with her freelance work. A passionate amateur dramatics actore she can be seen variously in Shakespeare and panto (oh no she can’t) each year.
