The seventh dog of Christmas...Rex
The latest dog in our Twelve Dogs of Christmas series with Dogs Trust is Alaskan malamute Rex, a beautiful dog looking for a wonderful new family to take him in

The seventh dog in our Twelve Dogs of Christmas series with Dogs Trust is the absolutely beautiful Rex, a four year old Alaskan malamute.
Shy at first, Rex is extremely friendly and loyal once he gets to know you, and is looking for a house with a big garden that he can run around in as he is particularly fond of the outdoors!

Jenny Hopkins of Dogs Trust Newbury says, 'Rex can be quite timid at first so would need a patient owner who will be able to give him the time needed to help him adjust to a new environment.
'He would prefer to be the only dog in the home so he can lap up lots of care and attention.
'He is a lovely boy with boundless energy so would suit an experienced, active home with adults who could take him for long walks in large open spaces. He would love for you to come and pay him a visit!'
If you think Rex could be the dog for you please contact Dogs Trust Newbury on 01488 658 391 or visit the rehoming centre at Plumb's Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks.
Exquisite houses, the beauty of Nature, and how to get the most from your life, straight to your inbox.

We think all dogs deserve a wonderful home but they are a big responsibility, so please remember not to pick up a dog this Christmas unless they can be financially supported and receive the time and devotion they require.
