Professor Adrian Tinniswood is the author of Houses of Guinness: the Lives, Homes and Fortunes of the Great Brewing Dynasty. He is director of Graduate Programmes in Country House Studies at the University of Buckingham, and adjunct professor of history at Maynooth University.
