Chivas Regal pop-up bar for whisky connoisseurs
To mark the 550th anniversary of the first known batch of whisky ever produced, Chivas Regal have partnered with the Park Tower Knightsbridge.

For three weeks only, luxury whiskey brand Chivas Regal have partnered with the Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel, to host a three-week pop up experience for whisky aficionados.
The Chivas Regal Gentlemen’s Lounge runs from May 28 to June 21 2015 and offers beautifully handcrafted whisky sour cocktails (my favourite was the The Hyde Bar Sour - Chivas Regal 12 Year Old, fresh passion fruit and lemon juices and simple syrup) accompanied by hearty nibbles created by Head Chef Pascal Proyart. Menu highlights include a smoked duck and pistachio pie, venison scotch quail eggs and cherry cobblers with whisky ice cream.
For those who enjoy a cigar with their whisky, choose from a selection available in The Hyde Bar’s humidor courtesy of the Havana Cigar Exchange. And, in the spirit of a true gentlemen's club, guests will have the chance to have their shoes polished by London’s oldest shoe shine company London Shoe Shine (Tuesday evening only). There is also the opportunity to partake in a unique Art of Blending whisky course led by a Chivas Regal UK Ambassador on June 11.
The Chivas Regal Gentlemen’s Lounge at The Hyde Bar will run for three weeks from 28th May to 21st June. For further information, please visit www.thehydebar.co.uk/gentlemens-lounge
