Kilowatt House in Bath. Described as Bath?s only Modern Movement house in the Bath Pevsner by Michael Forsyth, it was designed by Mollie Taylor and built in 1935-38.
?It was virtually derelict when we bought it 18 months ago but we?ve completely renovated it,? says the owner, developer Mike Rosser.
