Judging takes place on July 5, 2014, at Capel Manor College in North London, and entrants may post their blooms in soft-drink bottles or turn up in person. ‘Autumn is an ideal time to sow sweet-pea seeds,' says managing director John Fothergill, who hopes that entries will include the company's new strain, Sweet Pea Sir Henry Cecil, named after the late racehorse trainer.
