The former North Shropshire Hunt kennels have been redeveloped into barn conversions and cottages


The former North Shropshire Hunt Kennels in the village of Lee Brockhurst, between Shrewsbury and Whitchurch, have been transformed into mixed development of seven barn conversions and cottages.
Lee Bridge Barns are ideally placed for commuting to Shrewsbury, Chester, Whitchurch and the West Midlands and the famous Hawkstone Park Hotel and Golf Club is just two miles away.
Shrewsbury agents Halls are selling the homes, many of which have sizeable gardens, communal grounds and fishing rights on the River Roden, for developers Castillion Homes with prices ranging from £225,000 to £375,000. There is also an option for buyers to purchase additional amenity land, subject to availability.
The developers also have plans to replace an existing cottage at the rear of the development with a new four bedroom family house overlooking the River Roden.
A sale has already been agreed for one of the six properties, The Old Stables, which was on the market for £325,000.
