London agent celebrates
The London estate agency, Douglas & Gordon, has announced that July was its second best performing month in the 51-year history of the company, with the best being July 2007

London agents Douglas & Gordon recorded their second best month in their 51-year history in July with applicant levels equal in number to their top scoring month two years previously in July 2007. Managing director Ivor Dickinson says: 'We expected July and August to be very quiet but prices have adjusted to such a degree that the market is moving again.'
'We're seeing landlords are selling rental properties and tenants are coming out of rented properties to buy.'
